Warded to Rosiers and Blacks, minus Sirius and, after long deliberation, Andromeda.
St. Mungo's has declared Cygnus dead, most likely of a heart attack.

Warded to Andromeda.

Warded to Rosiers and Blacks (as loose as this term basically is), minus Sirius and Andromeda.
It has hardly been two days since everything and people have already shown their true colours. I shouldn't have expected anything less, but two days? I only wish I could cause them the same pain as I feel. I would like it if everyone who doesn't matter just stop talking forever. I don't care about their opinions. I don't care about their righteous, Mudblood activism. I don't care. I am tired of everyone who has to have their own opinions. Of course, I'm talking about that McKinnon boy, and his friend or whoever she is, and Sirius, and that girl and whoever I am talking to currently. Is peace too much to ask for? Can't something be done about them?

Everyone, be quiet.

As I was reading the awful news about the giants attacking POOR Tinworth the other day, I thought to myself, Why is it that Tinworth is always the target? I also thought to myself that it is an extremely fortunate occurrence that my family and I do not live in Tinworth because that would mean we would be the targets of so many attacks! But then my thoughts turned to my dear friends, the Melifluas, and my heart goes out to them! They have been at the center of these attacks for MONTHS! Whatever the reason is for Tinworth always being the target, it should be STOPPED. Haven't they received enough tragedies? Of course, I speak as a concerned bystander and friend. Because of these pressing concerns, I have come up with a brilliant idea, if I do say so myself. Perhaps the Department of Magical Law Enforcement should devote some of their giant hunting resources to protection for Tinworth. It is ONLY a sensible idea if the residents are to continue living there. It is very reasonable to ask for dinners or leisure time without interruptions from GIANTS or Merlin knows what.

There is NOTHING more INFURIATING than seeing children act as if they know more about traditions that they were simply never a part of! Just because some of you were not privileged enough to take part in such a glorious and MAGNIFICENT event does not give you the right to DENOUNCE it as if it was a disease! It is completely within our rights to declare our enjoyment for this tradition because we have had it for years and it is a celebration. In MY day, this was a most CHERISHED tradition and Lords and Ladies were treated with the UTMOST RESPECT. I understand jealousy that you were never crowned as such but keep your jealousy CONTAINED while the rightful winners celebrate their hard-won titles.

On another note, I must write my congratulations to this year's royalty. I remember how ecstatic I was when I was crowned Lady of the Carnival because it was such a momentous occasion in my life -- one that I will always treasure and adore!

Warded to the Blacks (minus Sirius and Andromeda, of COURSE) and the Rosiers, extended included.
My dears! It has been far too long since we have all been together and I figured that it is high time we rectify this problem! So what do you all say to a lunchtime tea or an afternoon luncheon? Preferably sometime soon! It is always so awful to be apart from family. One becomes unaware of IMPORTANT EVENTS in others' lives; that should never happen with family! For example, how has work been? And children? Do any of you have pressing worries that must be addressed? Or, most likely, need immediate attention and wise counsel from yours truly? Of course, it goes without saying (or writing, in this case) that I am willing to lend a helpful and quiet listening ear to your worries, for I am very good at this particular kind of task.

Those insolent, ungrateful, rude children! How dare they? First, he has the gall to insult Regulus, who is a darling and has done nothing wrong. Next, he calls me old. Then, he provokes us into arguing while his companions attack! I have never been thusly treated like this before in my life! They have no sense of respect for their elders and act out so rudely. They need lessons to be taught to them. Children these days! Associating with such filth; it is very, truly heartbreaking and infuriating, to say the least.

How are you holding up, my dear?

All I would like to do is to open my journal to see the LOVELY handwriting of my darling family and what am I faced with?????? EROTICA. IT IS CERTAINLY UNFIT FOR ANY LADY'S EYES, and certainly unfit for any of the YOUNG ONES who lurk on this network. Not only am I APPALLED, I am SHOCKED. And DISGUSTED and DISAPPOINTED. I expected FAR BETTER from the poster. I think you owe us an apology. Nothing can take away the sight my poor eyes had to behold as I had to read that distasteful garbage. And to INSINUATE that my beloved son in law was ENJOYING it with THE MUDB his co-worker is VERY OFFENSIVE. My beloved son-in-law is HAPPILY married, thank you, and it is insulting to say otherwise. INSULTING!

Warded to Bellatrix.
Are you okay, my darling daughter? I am utterly upset that you had to read that.

Hello! I am taking this time to address a very important and possibly wonderful idea that I just thought of! Obviously you all are aware of the Muggleborn Child Act that is being debated in the Wizengamot. I, for one, think it is an excellent idea. Perhaps then we will help reform these children and erase their unfortunate upbringing. However, that is not my wonderful idea. I was thinking that we could perhaps hold a charity function where we bid on some of these Muggleborn children to take home and nurture! Now bear with me here: it sounds like a terrible idea, but there are many advantages. We will be doing a helpful thing for society, raise money for more causes, display our generous souls, and help reform the children. I know that if this were to happen, I would like another child around the house even for just a day. Perhaps I would even bid on a foreign one.

Something distressing has come to my attention, my dear. Vivianne Avery has expressed her concern (and I concur) about Demetrius' lack of action with Edwina. It has been weeks since the dinner and he still hasn't approached Benedict about his intentions. Now, I know better than to discount their times together as a lack of affection and intention, so clearly, it must be that Demetrius is shy. He does seem very quiet. Does he need a prod in the right direction? Do you know if he is merely afraid of approaching Benedict with the question? Vivianne and I agreed that this is most likely the situation as Benedict is very intimidating sometimes and couldn't help but add fuel to Demetrius' shyness. If that is the case, then clearly Demetrius needs a little help. Or am I completely wrong? Your thoughts, my dear?

Today is simply so much more refreshing! While I still prefer the days of the past in relation to some aspects, I am quite pleased with some of today's society. Looking at the young adults growing up and finding love and settling into their lives is always so heartening to see! It reminds me of my own experiences of growing up! I know we may all agree that it is a journey to grow up and while some people never do or simply refuse to, the majority do and it is always the next great phase in one's life!

Warded to Narcissa.
My dear Cissy, Bellatrix had a conversation with me a few days ago that both upset me and enlightened me. As you know, Bellatrix and Rodolphus' five year anniversary is coming upon the day and I only asked Rodolphus if they were ever thinking about having children. Bellatrix got quite put out with me though for not simply talking to her about it, and merely overwhelming Rodolphus. It was my mistake, of course. But still! Five years is an awfully long time! I remember your father and I did not wait five years. I suppose times have changed.

Anyhow, we did move onto better subjects and it reminded me that you, my dear daughter, once told me you and Lucius were trying for a baby! If I may, may I inquire on the progress, if any? It would be such a sight for my old eyes to see blond Lucius-and-Narcissa babies around the manor.

Is it really too much to ask for peace and quiet for us to grieve these days? In my day, things were done so tastefully. What a shame.
